Sheet cutting
I. Preparation
1) Keep working environment clean.
2) Operators should wear protective glassesor masks.Wear earplugs and safety shoes ifnecessary..
3) Forbid using electronic toolin humid workingarea.
2. Cutting
1) Put the board on the trimming desk horizontally
2) Cut from the decoration side to avoid the gap onthe surface.
3) Cut along the length to be sure same direction joint when match.
3. Recommended tools
1) Cutting by hand-hook knife(apply to hpl laminate)
2 ) Curve cutting-sweep saw(apply to hpl laminate)
Blade choice:
a.Zigzag blade apply to cut hpl laminate and compact(reduce chipping)b.Toothless alloy saw blade apply to cut Non-combustible board(medical board.
3) Machine cutting-sliding table saw
4. Drilling (non combustible board medical board)
1) Use 60° -80° special plastic board drill forcompact,specialized cement board drill fornon-inflammable/medical board.
2) To avoid hole exit broken,the drill speed and pressshould be slow down little by little.
3) Put one small wood or plywood under the hole toavoid the hole exit broken.
4 ) Blind drill(apply to compact)
a.Drill from the front top as the picture
b.Drill from the side as the picture
c. The diameter of the hole is 0.5mm smaller than screw.
5) To avoid stress concentration craze.Avoid appearingacute angle when drill the hole.Suggest all of the interiorangle keep minimum bending radius 3mm.The otherangle and side should be finished smoothly.
5. Trimming
1) Use trimmer to finish the extra side of compact.When do the last manually fine trimming,please use hand file andJoiner's scraper.
2) Rouch side after trim mina of compact/non-inflam mable board/medical board can be polished manually.Afteipolished,use wax to beauty the side and isolated from wet.The compact can be operated chamfering ,moldingslotting and etc.
3) The protective film should be removed until finishing processing.Please remove the film on both sides at thesame time.
